Gemma is an Artist and Educator whose practise looks at the nature of postcard imagery, in particular the notion of the falseness of the postcard image. Graduating in 2006 from Loughborough University (School of Art and Design) with a BA in Fine Art she, through various media including painting, drawing and print, subverts the postcard. Originally working with paint, she creates primarily giant painted postcards with an ominous twist.
